[Failed] MTT Adopt attempt #132

Alternate title "Makin' old junk like new"

My tryout for the MTT Mega-round adopts! #132's pastel colour scheme and cute little glove/sock markings had me wanting to make something that didn't quite fit its look. Enjoy!

Name: Tangram Rosedale

Gender: Male

Age: 37

Height: 6’1”

Weight: ~140 lbs and rather slim, he is slowly working on bulking up

Saliva: Wintergreen

Hair and Eyes: Hair slightly darker than his blue markings, usually dyes it even darker blue. Eyes match his orange marks.

SO: Heterosexual, claims to be asexual (so people leave him alone) but his few brief relationships in the past say otherwise

Affiliation: Resurgence

Personality: Equal parts reclusive and snarky. Tangram prefers quiet and solitude to focus on his work. He finds large groups of people and/or loud noises distracting and irritating. He takes great pride in his inventions and is incredibly passionate about his field of study, but will quickly step down and admit when he’s out of his element. Tangram is shy in a defensive sort of way until he warms up to a person, after which point he is a quiet but loyal friend. He has a nihilistic worldview and sense of humour. Despite being an arms dealer, he is not aggressive at all, but has a grudging admiration for those able to take themselves to the front lines.

Occupation/Talents: Formerly studying as a mechanical engineer, now a weapons dealer/inventor for the Resurgence’s “Renaissance Crew.” Tangram is particularly good at repairing old weapons or machines and “MacGyvering” new devices from spare parts.

Early Background: Middle child of five brothers and the only academic in a family of athletes, Tangram quickly learned to look after himself. He scored a full scholarship to Junction’s foremost engineering institute but dropped out shortly before graduating for personal reasons he never specified. Looking for an easy way to showcase his talents (and ‘stick it to the man’ so to speak), Tangram joined up with the Resurgence.

Current Life: Tangram lives with a handful other academic Resurgence members, and a few not-so-academics (for protection, of course) in the lower levels of the city. Lately he has been trying to reverse engineer ASP gear from bits recovered in skirmishes, he is especially intrigued by the ASIG units and wants to find a way to repurpose them as portable cloaking devices.
